Sessions last 3 - 6 months, depending upon the frequency of sessions chosen. Fortnightly suits most people initially, or weekly if a significant event or interview is scheduled. Monthly suits people in roles seeking more profound, more impactful executive coaching. After that, it's up to you. I don't upsell; people stay with me beyond their initial programme as a coach because they see the value.
It's easy to get caught up in the complexities of a role, causing your career path to become blurred or even overlooked entirely. I help you regain your focus to optimise your performance and career path with a programme of 4, 6, or 8 sessions.
